Delete your account and data

To delete all of your data and close your account, you must do it inside the NOTFIT app. We cannot complete account deletion requests from this website.

How to delete your account (inside the app)

Open the NOTFIT app.
Open your Profile and tap the settings gear at the top right.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Enter the code we email you to confirm.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and the data linked to it, including your health data, and ends your access to NotHungry, NotWell and NotSleeping.

Cancel your membership first. Deleting your account does not stop your membership payments. You can cancel any time at notfit.io/manage. We email you a secure link, then you choose Cancel membership. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone's subscription settings.

Your conversations with Coach AI and Taz are stored separately. To have them deleted too, email support@notfit.io.
